Bands and accompanying personnel are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner at all
times while on the event premises.
Bands and accompanying personnel are expected to cooperate with event organizers
and staff at all times. Any verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. Offenders will be ejected from the premises and
any damage incurred or injury inflicted will be met with the maximum penalty or dealt with by the law accordingly.
Breeches
of the venue security and health & safety regulations will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification.
No
drugs or alcohol is allowed on premises. Failure to follow this rule may result in disqualification and ejection from the
competition.
All songs, song titles, lyrics, and other material must be family friendly. No obscene or graphic language
will be permitted.
The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any band that is observed to be behaving
in an uncompetitive or inappropriate manner.
All bands will receive an equal amount of time on stage. Bands must
set up and take down their equipment within 30 Minutes. A minimum of 3 songs must be performed.
Songs may
be originals or covers.
If a band incites moshing or any other sort of violence in the crowd, the band will be disqualified.
Bands may only unload equipment in the designated areas.
All bands agree to have their name, voice, and/or
likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting materials relating to this contest without any compensation or rights to
royalties for such use.
A sound system will be set up on stage. Bands must provide all their own instruments and
additional equipment.
Band members are responsible for the security of their equipment. Event organizers cannot be
held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment.
Fire, pyrotechnics, fog machines, etc... are not allowed.
Event
Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the rules and regulations as necessary and has the final word in any dispute
that may arise.
