Brokerage Service

Selling an aircraft is a time consuming effort and can be "down right nerve racking"!
If you need assistance to sell your aircraft, let us help.

Our brokerage service offers the following:

We will list your aircraft with a written exclusive brokerage agreement. We charge a modest brokerage fee based on the final sales price of the aircraft. If we don't sell your aircraft, it costs you nothing. It is as simple as that!

We will appraise your aircraft based on Aircraft BlueBook® values, along with an analysis of current market comparisons to determine an accurate price. We will take digital photos of your aircraft and post them on our website and other aviation websites. We will review your aircraft's current mechanical and aesthetic health, examine your aircraft logs, 337's, STC's, and AD's, then make recommendations for preparing the aircraft for sale. We will assist the owner to help implement those recommendations. We will then place and run an ad in national publications and online advertising for the entire length of the brokerage agreement.

Your aircraft will be displayed at your hanger or ramp with For Sale signs and banners. You may also choose to display your aircraft on our ramp. You may continue to use your aircraft while it's being advertised. All we ask is that you let us know when you will be utilizing your aircraft, so that we do not inadvertently schedule a "showing" while you are on a "mission". We will only perform demo flights during vfr weather in daylight hours with a qualified demo pilot/flight instructor. Your insurance will remain in effect until the aircraft is sold.

Normally prospective buyers prefer to choose their own mechanic to do pre-purchase inspection. We require that the pre-purchase inspection be performed by a licensed IA. The prospective buyer is required to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. He must do so at his own cost, and will pay all expenses to have us transport the aircraft to and from a point from your home base or our ramp. We will consult with you and your mechanic about the results of the pre-purchase inspection and assist in resolving any discrepancies. We will help correct any registration or lien problems that may arise and complete the sale with a signed sales contract and settlement statement. We collect and disburse funds to you, less commission and misc. expenses on completion of the transaction.
